Go to your Desktop and RIGHT CLICK on a blank space.  A dropdown menu will appear.  Click on SHORT CUT.  A second box will appear.

In the box "Type the location of the item" type the following (or cut and paste it from the text on this page)

Restore Lost Calculator %SystemRoot%\system32\calc.exe
Follow the directions below but copy and paste the short cut to the Short Cut folder

After you copy the "Copy this only" section into each box, click next.  Another box will open.  Type a name for that shortcut ... I suggest using full name like SystemRestore, DiskDefragmenter  etc.

Once you have completed all of the above, it is time to add them to your system folder under Accessories.

Open Windows Explorer  (right click on the START button - lower left hand corner of your screen)

Click on the + sign next to the C drive.  If C drive is already expanded, then look for Documents and settings and then  All users  or  Local user.   Then find  Start Menu and then look for  Accessories and System Tools.

Next find the shortcuts you placed on your desktop and copy and paste them to the System Tools folder.

Next time you open Accessories, Systems, you will find the missing shortcuts restored.
